Chloe Mills Married Travis Collings and Had Her First Child

Chloe Mills got married and had her first child within the same year, and neither event was announced by her.

Her mother, Donna Mills, posted the pregnancy news and, more than a year later, a detailed account of the wedding itself. Donna played Abby Cunningham on Knots Landing through the 1980s, and she has told the story of adopting Chloe, alone, at 54, in interviews over the years.

Quick facts about Chloe Mills:

  • Full name: Chloe Nicole Mills
  • Born: September 12, 1994
  • Mother: Donna Mills, actress
  • Occupation: Model and actress
  • Height: 5 feet 10 inches
  • Spouse: Travis Collings, married May 31, 2025
  • Child: Colter Benjamin Collings, born January 22, 2025

Who Is Chloe Mills?

Donna adopted Chloe four days after her birth, when the actress was 54 and unmarried, and she has repeated the same account since. “She was meant to come to me,” Donna told Fox News in 2022.

Chloe has never publicly named a biological father. Donna herself has never married. Her longtime partner, actor and producer Larry Gilman, has been part of the family since Chloe was young, but the relationship has never turned into a marriage.

Growing Up Beside a Soap Star

Getty’s photo archive has Chloe beside her mother at public events going back to a Christmas tree lighting ceremony in 2000, when Chloe was six. The same pattern repeats across the next two decades, including the Los Angeles opening of Mamma Mia! in 2004 and the UK premiere of Nope in 2022, where Donna had a small role. Donna has said for years that the two see each other weekly and talk daily.

Chloe Mills has said far less about it herself. The one exception on record is a line she gave to Entertainment Tonight:

“Every activity I did, she was there. Every show I did, every tennis match, she was always there.”

That’s as close as Chloe has come, on record, to describing her own childhood.

Her Wedding to Travis Collings

According to the couple’s own wedding website, Chloe met Travis Collings as a friend in February 2022, and the two became a couple about a year later. What followed moved quickly:

  • December 2023: They adopted a dog, Ozzy.
  • December 31, 2023: Travis proposed on a hike.
  • January 1, 2024: Chloe said yes and posted the news herself.
  • October 2024: The couple announced they were expecting a son.
  • January 22, 2025: Their son, Colter Benjamin Collings, was born.
  • May 31, 2025: Chloe and Travis married in Los Olivos, California.

Chloe still hasn’t posted anything close to the level of detail her mother eventually shared about that day.

Work, Modeling, and What Isn’t Public

Chloe Mills works as a model and has held a membership manager role at Soho House Malibu. Her acting work splits into two different categories. The 2021 Netflix film Aftermath gave her a small, independent credit with no connection to her mother. The 2023 holiday film Ladies of the ’80s: A Divas Christmas went the other way: she’s credited by name as Donna Mills’ daughter, appearing alongside her mother and several other soap opera veterans.

Her earnings have not been made public.

Where Her Own Words Actually Are

Chloe is 31 now, married, with a young son. The one place her own account of any of this survives online is the wedding website she and Travis built together. It’s still up, still listing the dates the way she wrote them.

Celebrity news, relationships and profiles are what he covers most, though the site also runs sport, aviation and technology, plus whatever else lands in the news cycle that day.
