Kyrie Irving, a father of four, could play his first game in 19 months on Friday.
Marlene Wilkerson is now a mum of three. The 33-year-old YouTuber had a daughter at home in 2025, her third child with Kyrie Irving.
She mentioned the birth about 30 seconds into a video on okra water that she posted on 16 November 2025. “I have successfully given birth three times at home,” she told viewers. Two months later, talking about how she had “struggled for years” to get back to herself, she said: “I am a mom of three kids now.”
Few people have watched either video. The okra one has fewer than 13,000 views and the second fewer than 5,000, while her channel, The Find Guru, has 750,000 subscribers. Profiles of Wilkerson written before the birth, People’s among them, still list two children.
Irving, who calls Wilkerson his wife, has been out since tearing his ACL in March 2025. He told reporters at media day last month that he has no restrictions. The Dallas Mavericks play the Houston Rockets in Macao on Friday.

What she has said about the birth
Wilkerson hasn’t shared her daughter’s name or birthday. As recently as June 2025, she was calling herself “a mom of two” on YouTube.
The okra video compares her second labour, in October 2022, with the third. “I didn’t want to give birth in 20 minutes, but I definitely didn’t expect to be in a 6-hour plus birthing process,” she said.
The third time round, she was “very much prepared”: “I was able to have my boys there. I was able to have lunch and snacks and things ready for them.”
Why she kept her first two pregnancies private
Wilkerson and Irving kept both pregnancies secret until the babies were born, People reported. After their son Kaire’s home water birth in 2021, she gave her reason in a YouTube video, quoted in the same profile:
“Even though my pregnancy was private, just the unsolicited opinions were a little bit too much for me where I was like, ‘You know what, I don’t want to tell nobody because I’m doing something that a lot of people think is foreign but it’s something that’s natural to me.'”
News of the second birth came from Steve Nash, then the Brooklyn Nets coach, who told reporters about it the day after their son was born in October 2022.
In an August 2023 Q&A, she told other mums who make content that sharing family life online is fine if it suits them, but “that’s honestly not for me. I like to separate my kids from my online presence.”
Kyrie Irving’s children
| Child | Born | Mother |
|---|---|---|
| Azurie Elizabeth | November 2015 | Andrea Wilson |
| Kaire | 2021 | Wilkerson |
| Son, name not shared | 4 October 2022 | Wilkerson |

Irving helped deliver both boys, by his account and hers. After the second, he told Shams Charania of Stadium: “I got a chance to catch my son. And this was the second time we did a natural homebirth. I was the doula, I was the mid-husband.”
He has since taken Kaire to a press conference, where he explained that the boy’s name is pronounced the same as his own.
People also quoted Wilkerson on how she felt after Kaire’s birth: “If it was up to me, I would be pregnant all the time, every time. Literally, right after I gave birth, I stood up, and I was like, ‘I need 19 more kids. Let’s make it to 20.'”
How Marlene Wilkerson built The Find Guru
Wilkerson grew up in Los Angeles and studied marketing at Cal State Dominguez Hills, planning a career behind the scenes. “I’m a very private person, but I like marketing, I like the entertainment industry,” she said in a video quoted by People. Four years after graduating, she summed up what happened next: “I ended up right in front of a camera.”
In her final semester, a professor scrapped the usual coursework: “no books, no tests, no nothing”. Her assignment was to start a business and report back every week. “That teacher changed my life,” she said.
When she started, she was living in Compton and, in her words, “literally depending on my mom”. She bought clothes from wholesalers and sold them on Instagram, posting photos of herself wearing them. The business made about $5,000 a month, she said in 2018.
She had worked at Victoria’s Secret and as a server at a restaurant in Manhattan Beach. “I knew I had the ability to connect with people,” she said. “I just needed to do it in a way where the money was going into my pocket.”
The YouTube channel, started in September 2015 to promote the shop, has passed 50 million views. A clothing line, Praise Her, followed in December 2019.
Is Kyrie Irving married?
Neither he nor Wilkerson has confirmed a wedding, though they talk about each other as husband and wife. She has called him “the greatest partner, the greatest husband I could ever have” in videos quoted by People, and said: “Me and this man have been through a lot… In the best way, he tells me about myself, which is very, very uncomfortable.”

What she’s posting now
People noted in May 2024 that she hadn’t uploaded to YouTube since October 2023. She came back in 2025 with two makeover series, one on other people’s salons and spas and the other on home renovation.
“As I’m rediscovering myself in motherhood and not really knowing what avenues I want to explore… I feel like I found my thing,” she said in a home makeover video in November 2025.
In a January 2026 video, she looked back on her first years as a mother: “Motherhood was a very hard transition for me, just because I just thought it was going to be easy. My mom did it. I just thought I could do it. That was a lie. That was very, very challenging for me.”
